He was predeceased by: his parents, Glennon Shelton and Maxine Shelton; and his siblings, Keith Shelton, Benny Shelton and Cathie Lineback.
He is survived by: his wife Barb Shelton; his sons, Rob Bell (Maria) and Randy Bell (Brandye); his grandchildren, Madison Bell, Joseph Carraway and Kaylie Carraway; his siblings, Mark Shelton (Lillian), Christie Karn (Neil), Cindy Brown (Keith), Candy O'Leary (Bob), Cheri Conway (Mike), Scott Shelton (Cookie), Carol Shelton (Donna) and Barry Shelton (Merilee); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Shelton and David Lineback.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kevin's name to Missouri Conservation.
