He is survived by: his spouse Audrie "Jo" Kickham of Wentzville, Missouri; his children, Tony Kickham (Molly) of Fenton, MO and Kellie Goddard (Jeff) of Wentzville, MO; his brother Tom Kickham (Ruth) of Florissant, MO; his grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Danny, Grace, Joey and Jeffrey; and his great grandchild Evelyn.
