John left this world on August 10, 2024 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Shelton; and his parents, Leonard Shelton and Ruth Shelton (Mary Ann Shelton). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Shelton-Larkin of St. Charles, MO, Kristin Huffman (Brad) of St. Peters, MO and Doug Shelton (Kelly) of Lake St; his brother Jim Shelton (Marlene) of Chesterfield, MO; his grandchildren, Blake (Kayse), Alex (Kenzie), Mitchell, Ashley, Paige, Jack, Riley and Reagan; and his great grandchildren, Charlie, Anna, Emerson, Eleanor and Everly.
