He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Gaffney and Joyce Gaffney (Shields); and his sister Linda Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Gaffney (Seiter) of Wentzville, Missouri; his children, Jared Gaffney (Julie) and Tara Gaffney-Thome; and his granddaughter Kailee Gaffney. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
