He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Marilyn. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ann (Powers); his sons, Jake and Josh; his grandson Carter; his sisters, Debra Kim Bennett (Fannon), Patricia Ann Pollard (Fannon) and Elizabeth Ann Sauget (Fannon); and his nephew Elliott (Ezell).
