He is survived by: his wife Mary Chapie of Wentzville, Missouri; his daughters, Katie Chapie, Kelly Chapie, Laura Brittenham (Jerel) and Lisa Helm (Ryan); his brother Steve Chapie; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Blake and Mila.
