She was predeceased by: her siblings, Judy Herring, James Herring (Jim), Richard Herring (Dick), Mary Herring (Larry), Michael Herring (Mike) and Charles Herring (Chuck); and her sons, Steven D. Otten and William Otten (Verlin).
She is survived by: her sisters, Helen Crocker and Ruby Wills; her sons, Rex Otten (Evelyn) and Mike Otten (Michelle); her grandchildren, Amanda Gipson (Jamel) and Jason Otten (Lizbeth); and her great grandchildren, Jayla Otten, Chuck Otten and Peyton Gipson. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
