We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2023, at the age of 86, Joan Lee Cook of Wentzville, Missouri, born in Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Melvin Scott and Sylvia Irene Gordon (Charles "Charlie" E.); her brother Jack Scott; her granddaughter Rebekah Lee Delles; and her sister-in-law Karen Scott.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charlie" Cook of Wentzville, Missouri; her daughters, Pamela K. Bruckman (Robert) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Edra L. Cook-Tomlinson (Rob Georgen) of Wentzville, MO; her siblings, Kay Wischropp (Larry) of Topeka, KS, Max E. Scott (Patricia) of Ozawkie, KS and Randy Scott of Ozawkie, KS; her brothers-in-law, Jim Cook (Priscilla) of Blair, NE and Perry Cook of Gardner, KS; her grandchildren, Sarah Klima (Trevor), Joanna McVay (Armando), Kathryn Haeffner (Corydon) and Andrew Delles (Coralea); and her great grandchildren, Danika, Isabella, Sophia, Adalynn, Vivian, Toliver, Emerson, Eleanor, Ellowyn, Eli and Bernard. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
