It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean L. Harder of Wentzville, Missouri, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean L. Harder to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry W. Nierman and Amanda Louise Nierman (Westerfeld); her husband Arthur C. "Bud" "A. C."; her son Michael Harder; and her siblings, LeRoy Nierman (Elaine), Kent Nierman (Barbara), Robert "Bob" Niermann, Elsie Pries (Nelson) and Lucille Stevenson (George).
She is survived by: her children, Philip Harder (Tina) of Wentzville, Missouri and Julie Ann Yost (Chad) of Warrenton, Missouri; her daughter-in-law Angela Harder of Morris, Illinois; her grandchildren, Megan Harder, Jacob Harder, Cody Yost (Mackenzie Filling), Emilie Yost, Chloe Yost and Cade Yost; her great grandchildren, Brock Harder, Brody Harder and Breezy Harder; her sister Marilyn Nierman Owens (Norm) of Alpharetta, Georgia; and her sister-in-law Janice Niermann of Hoyleton, Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family asks those who are attending to please be mindful of social distancing, wear a mask, and take any health precautions necessary to ensure a healthy environment.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Harder's honor to Camp Rainbow in Fenton, Missouri, or Make-A-Wish Foundation and may be received by the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home at 134 South Elm Street in Centralia, Illinois.
