He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Simpkins of Lake St; his daughter Deborah Powell (Mickey) of Colleyville, TX; his stepson Terry Simpkins (Cori) of Lake Sherwood, MO; and his grandchildren, Brittany Powell, Marli Simpkins and Collin Powell.
