He was predeceased by: his father James Hassell Chailland, Sr.; his stepfather AJ Earls; his siblings, Donald Chailland and Charlotte Gore; and his mother LaVennia Chailland, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Connie Chailland; his sons, Jaime Chailland (Marshall McClure) of Marthasville, MO and Tony Chailland (Michelle) of Roger, AR; his nieces and nephews, Kim Long and Mitch Chailland; his grandchildren, Tanner Coyne-Chailland (Kate), Brad, Allison Chailland, Jeremy (Kinzie) and Jana Rook; and his great grandchild Juni Rook.
