He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Anne Hummel; his parents, Clem Joseph and Rose Ann Adams; and his siblings, Leah Schrader (Harry), Clem Aholt and Donald Aholt (Fran).
He is survived by: his children, Ed Aholt (Janice), Cheryl Huels (Joseph), Michael John Aholt (Margaret) and Matthew Roland Aholt; his grandchildren, Christopher Aholt (Heather), Nicholas Aholt, Joshua Aholt, Nicole Huels of Adam, Jeremy, Rachel, Erin Aholt and Emily Aholt; his great grandchildren, Jonah, Samuel Aholt, Clark Kiner and Serenity Aholt; his sister-in-law Gloria Aholt; his brothers, Bob Aholt (Susan) and John Aholt (late Donna); and his neighbors, Rick and Jamie.
