He is survived by: his daughters, Debra McCollum of O'Fallon, MO, Edith Smith (Dan) of Wentzville, MO and Julie Carter of Wentzville, MO; his siblings, John Carter (Georgia) of Washington, MO, Robert Carter (Phyllis) of St. Peters, MO and Pauline Kuntz (Rick) of Jefferson City, MO; his sister-in-law Sharon Carter-Smith of Wentzville, MO; and his grandchildren, Ryan McCollum, Danielle Ginn (Mark), Brandy Cusumano (Jamey), Lydia Birchfield (Tim), Christopher McCollum (Elli) and Blake Bakker. He is also survived by his family and friends.
