He is survived by: his parent Robert Lee Bethel; his wife Tammie Bethel; his children, Valla Bethel, Jason Bethel and Overland Park; his mother Fern Bethel; his brother Greg Bethel (Tonya); his sisters-in-law, Loren Conger, Roneada Whitmore, John Whitmore, Kevin Conger, Lynn Conger and Joan Spurlock; and his mother-in-law Theodore Spurlock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
