Worth (Bonnie) of St. Louis, MO and Ruth Ann Fischer (Worth) of Almo, KY; his grandchildren, Nicholas Cook (Kenzie), Sarah Carr (Cole), Ashley Cook, Joseph Cook, Micah Worth, Annika Worth, Abby House, Jayden Rudd and Daniel Coleman; and his great grandchildren, Ada Worth and Bennett Carr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
