She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Canham and Ruth Canham (Jack); and her brother Laverne Canham. She is survived by: her husband Jack Cook of Foristell, Missouri; her children, Diane Abernathy of Ballwin, MO, Dean Cook of Naples, FL and Bob Cook (Doris) of Saint Charles, MO; her grandchildren, Mike Abernathy, Brian Cook, Patrick Cook, Michelle Scheffer (Brian), Christy Placzek (Zach) and Katie Zimmerman (Bryan); and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Emily, Ben, Addie and Zoey.
