He is survived by: his wife Angela Rene; his children, Eden, Jax, Jude Winkelmeier and Megan Winkelmeier; his parents, David Mark Winkelmeier Sr. of Union, MO and Deborah Johnson (Clifford Hyde) of O'Fallon, MO; his siblings, Jennifer Winkelmeier (Mike Fuhremann) of O'Fallon, MO, Kristan Bubert (Daniel) of Yorbe Linda, CA, Sarah Serra of Maplewood, MO, Katie Rice (Brandon) of Union, MO and Michael Winkelmeier (Kate) of Marthasville, MO; his parents-in-law, Dr. William and Brenda Maupin of Louisiana, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Amanda Norton (Craig) of Perry, MO and Micah Maupin (Heather) of Webster Groves, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Winkelmeier family (checks payable to Angela Winkelmeier).
