He is survived by: his wife Peggy A. Ettien of Wentzville, MO; his children, Dan E. Ettien and Terry A. Ettien of Wentzville, MO; and his grandchildren, Matthew Ettien (Crystal), Emily Ettien and Allana Hill (Thomas). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, his family and friends.
