It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Paris Townes Jr. of Wentzville, Missouri, who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Townes, Sr. and Sylvia Townes; and his brother Mike Townes. He is survived by: his wife Marta Townes; his children, Chad Townes, Jason Townes, Kimberly Van Buren and Renee Vachon; his grandchildren, Andrew Van Buren, Brandon Van Buren, Allison Van Buren, Zachary Townes, Logan Townes, Ronan Townes, Liam Townes, Calvin Vachon and Chloe Vachon; his brother Phillip Townes; his children, Todd, Janine, Jessie and Nick; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by his family and friends.
