She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lee and Lois Moser of High Point, N. C.; her husbands, James "Jim" Spence and Judge Lester W. Duggan, Jr.; her former husband William F. McCollum; her brother Dick Moser; and her brother-in-law Richard Lester.
She is survived by: her children, Mark McCollum (Shirley), David, Stephen McCollum, Chris McCollum and Lisa Adkins (Mike); her grandchildren, Cassie (Brett), Rachel and Joshua (Amy); her great grandchildren, Isabelle, Ezra and Reese; her stepdaughters, Erin (Terry), Michelle and Jeanne (Don); her stepgrandchild Duggan; and her sister Phyllis Lester (late Richard).
Memorials may be made in Barbara's name to Amazing Grace Baptist Church for Evangelism.
