He is survived by: his friend Linda Pettus; his children, Thomas Hodge, Earnie Hodge, Opal Hoffman, Kathy Hodge and Barbara Hodge; and his siblings, John Bunton and Nicki Bunton. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
