She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Preston Moore and Karen Jane Moore (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Lonnie; her children, Tyler Swaffar (Rosie) of Joplin, MO and Toni Johnson (Aaron) of Marionville, MO; her grandchildren, Jaelyn, Jeran, Breckyn Swaffar and Addybelle Johnson; and her brothers, Mike Moore (Kathy) of Republic, MO and Tim Moore (Carmen) of Portland, OR. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made to Fair Haven Children's Home in care of the funeral home.
