He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schultz and Catherine Schultz (Douglas); and his brothers, William Robert, Douglas and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Nikki Jewitt; his children, Bobby Schultz, Angela Schultz, Amy Schultz and Christine Wingfield-Verhas; his brother William Ronald Schultz; and his sister-in-law Joyce Schultz of Pierce City, MO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
