He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Dean and Eula Howard (David). He is survived by: his siblings, James Howard of Wentworth, MO, Randy Howard (Emma) of Sarcoxie, MO, Donna Rust (Marty) of Pierce City, MO and Brenda Mathews of Nevada, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
