He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W. Brinegar and Anna L. Brinegar (Arnall); his sisters, Lybonia Reed, Patricia Kessler and Mary Farnsworth; and his grandson Kurtis Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Betty of Hannibal; his children, Brian Brinegar (Julia) of Mascoutah, Illinois, Keisha D. Allen (Mike) of Poplar Bluff and Christina Pitzer of Columbia; and his brothers, John Brinegar of Wellsville and Dennis Brinegar (Valerie) of Wellsville. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
