It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Ann Stuart of Wellsville, Missouri, born in Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on June 18, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Carl Williams and Beverly Williams (Martin); her husband James Lee Stuart, Jr.; her sons, Lawrence Wayne Williams (Jessica) of Martinsburg, James Michael Stuart (Nikki Samantha) of Dixon, Mark Lynn Stuart and Mathew Dale Stuart; and her stepbrother Albert Migneault (Marilyn) of Vandalia. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
