He is survived by: his wife Peggy Joyce Payne Poindexter of Wellsville, MO; his son Lorne Poindexter (Tonya) of Wellsville, MO; his grandchildren, Casey Lee Poindexter (Jennifer) of Montgomery City, MO and Lukas Don Poindexter; and his brother John Poindexter (Barbara) of Martinsburg, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
