She is survived by: her parents, James Henry Folta (Cindy) of Illinois and Sharon Marie Folta (Frank) of Wellsville; her stepdaughter Allie Goff of Mexico; her siblings, Curtis Folta of Wellsville and Ashley Seiger (Rob) of Laddonia; her nieces, Katrina Folta, Mercedes Goff and Raylynn Goff; and her nephew Logan Goff.
