He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parrish and June Parrish (Gaddie); his former wife Karen Frances Langford; and his brother James Earl Parrish. He is survived by: his children, Drew James Rollie Parrish (Katie) of Wellsville, Deanna Kay Peak (Phillip) of Wellsville and Deidre Dale Brinegar (Jerry) of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Jacob Samuel Peak (Sydney) of Montgomery City, Lucas Ethan Peak of Wellsville, Kaleb Eugene Peak of Wellsville, Jared Wesley Brinegar of Wellsville, Kiara Maxine Chatman of Bowling Green and Emerson Wilde Francesann Parrish of Wellsville; and his siblings, Richard Irvin Parrish, John Edward Parrish (Debbie) of Louisville, Kentucky, Shirley June Willis of Eldon and Sandra Kay Parrish of Troy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
