Paula LaRae Carter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paula LaRae Carter of Wellington, Missouri, who passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Cognard and Joan Cognard (Epperly); and her daughter Dana Rogers. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Carter; her children, Marla Rogers of Wellington, MO and Eric Carter (Jenelle Phillips) of Buckner, MO; and her sister Machelle Elmore (Jerry). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three nieces.
