He was predeceased by: his parents, George William and Josephine Marie Woodard (Vignali); and his siblings, Nita Ackerman, George Woodard (Spibb) and Carl Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Woodard (Smith); his children, John, Justin, Jess Woodard and Michelle Hankinson (Jim); and his grandchildren, Jared and Cameron.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital in Terry's name.
