We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2024, at the age of 98, Shirley Mae Gibbs of Webster Groves, Missouri, born in Salem, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Warfel and Julia A. Warfel (Plank); her son Brad D. Gibbs; and her siblings, William C. Warfel (late Dottie), Cecil Warfel and Opal Doms (late Fran).
She is survived by: her children, Steven C. Gibbs (Peggy) of Warrenton, MO, David A. Gibbs (Jennifer) of Cedar Hill, MO and Lisa S. Kennedy (John Fred Jr.) of Edgewater, MD; her sister Melba L. Yadon (late John) of Decatur, IL; and her grandchildren, Krystal, Justin, Billy, Ashley, Lindsey, Tyler, Kailey, Ryan, Emma and Lillymae. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
