He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Turner and Esther Turner; his child Christie Lynn Turner; and his wife Gina Turner. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Robert Turner and Douglas William Turner; and his siblings, John Turner, Patty Chollet (Jerry) and Holly Turner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Michael's name may be made to the Missouri Botanical Gardens.
