He is survived by: his wife Patti Forrest; his children, Brian (Brooke), David Forrest and Samantha O'Rourke (Charles); his grandchildren, Briley Forrest and Baby Girl O'Rourke; his siblings, Sharron Grey (late Michael) and Sandy Rolfes (late Tony); and his brothers-in-law, Denny (Mike) and Jim (Peggy).
