She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her mother Church; her children, Sam Clemens (Barb), Tom Clemens (Jill), Sally Haenni (Tom), Tess Niehaus (Craig), Julie Killeen (Jim) and Angie Kimes (Bret); and her sibling Brenda Martin (Charlie) of Newburgh. She is also survived by grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
