He was predeceased by: his daughter Cheryl (Pete). He is survived by: his wife Linda Carol; his daughters, Debra Dill-Bergmann, MD (Dan), Linda Dill, MD (Joy Zimmerman) and Laura Dill, MD (Steve Shapiro); his grandchildren, Samantha, Joseph Wilkinson, Farryn and Rebekah Owens; and his friend Lora Murray (Michael).
