She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Vernon J. Noelker; and her children, Nancy Neusel (Steve), Mary Kay Goggins (Steve), Joan Wetzel (late Chris), John 'Larry' Noelker (Toni) and Margaret Mobley (David). She was also cherished by 15 great grandchildren; dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend.
