The memory of Victor Harned Hailey of Webb City, Missouri, who passed away on May 8, 2024 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Daniel and Louise Margret Hailey (Cogbill); his brothers, Samuel Hailey and Donald Hailey; and his son Curt Patrick.

He is survived by: his wife Jacquette "Jackie" (Epperson); his sister Iola Bryant; his children, Stephen Hailey (Cathy), Vicki Hailey, Kenny Patrick and Jeff Patrick (Denise); and his grandchildren, Jessi Hailey (Jennifer), Stephen Hailey Jr. (Tracy), Rebecca Sinyard, Lisa, John Browder Jr., Erin Chism (Brad), Lindsey Landers (Josh) and Emma Orman (Gray). He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Emmanuel Baptist Building Fund.
