She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Reed Waggoner, Sr. and Opal Elsie Waggoner (Jefferies); and her brothers, David Howard Waggoner and Robert Wesley Waggoner (Wes). She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth; her siblings, Bruce Reed Waggoner, Jr. (Claudia) of Webb City, MO and Virginia Steele (Gingy) of Strafford, MO; her son-in-law Jorge Martinez; and her grandchildren, Samantha Dawn Clemens of Sturgeon, MO. and Robert Taylor Clemens (Abbaigale) of Sturgeon, MO.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
