He is survived by: his wife Ethel Ivy (Howard); his children, Paula Duley (Greg) and Brian Ivy (Shannon); his sisters, Betty Long, Wanda McKee and Nina Landes; his sister-in-law Catherine Jackson; his grandchildren, Michael (Connor), Kristina (Justin), Cory, Dakota and Deborah; and his great grandchild Beau.
