He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Mike Eddy (Anita) of Webb City and Mitch Eddy (Sharell) of Oronogo; his grandchildren, Nathan Eddy (Caitlin) of Joplin, David Eddy (Christy) of Prosper, Derrick Eddy of Bentonville, Lindsey Eddy (Miguel Rivero) of Webb City, Dakota Questelle (Felicia) of Joplin and Emmyrson Questelle of Oronogo; and his great grandchildren, Elly, Hallie, Grayson, Trennen and Peyton.
