She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claude Webb and Pansy Webb; her spouse Gene Highley; her sons, Tom Conklin (Lisa) of Edmond, Oklahoma, Marty Conklin (Terri) of Joplin, Missouri and Dan Conklin of Webb City, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Casey Conklin (Angela) of Monett, Missouri, Jacob Conklin (Jeep) of Joplin, Missouri, Kimberlie Conklin of Alton, Missouri, Brock Conklin of Joplin, Missouri, Kate Treat (Jon) of Edmond, Oklahoma, Dylan Conklin (Jennifer) of Edmond, Oklahoma, Carly Conklin of Ada, Oklahoma and Josh Conklin (Lynsey) of Collinsville, Illinois.; her pet Lilly Jo; and her sister Barbara Frank (Richard) of Columbus, Kansas.. She was also cherished by nine great-grandchildren.
