With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin O'Dell (Webb City, Missouri), who passed away on October 18, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Imogene Pim; his sister Leona Tate (Tom); and his sister-in-law Effie Pim of Joplin. He is survived by: his parents, Nelson O'Dell and Eva O'Dell (Hansford); his children, Lonnie O'Dell (Deborah) of Joplin and Connie Brewer (Joe) of Joplin; and his grandchildren, Jenna Ensz (Jeremy), Jessica Schmidt (Jeff), Ali Simonete (Andrews) and Ian O'Dell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your favorite charity in Melvin's name.
