He is survived by: his parents, Miguel Alfaro-Perez and Maria Alfaro-Hernandez of Webb City; his great-niece Aria Bella Alfaro; his brothers, Jonathan and Leonard of Webb City; his niece Aria Bella Alfaro; and his grandmothers, Manuela Alfaro-Perez and Aurelia Hernandez-Solares.
