She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Tamminen and Frankie Warren. She is survived by: her husband Gary Mayfield (Mayf); her children, Kim Mayfield and Gary; her granddaughters, Reagan and Jordyn; and her siblings, Bobby Palmer (Jean), Patty Palmer and Brenda Hulderman (late Bud). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
