He is survived by: his children, Gipsy, Jonathan Rider, Shannon, Makala Myers, Regina, Francisco Garcia, Shawn Houston, Adam Houston, Tabitha Reyes, Leroy Ellis, Lacy Stark III and Helen Stark; his wife Angela Kay; and his siblings, Theoda Smith, Karen, Randy Tatum, Everett, Debbie Stark, Tommy, Tammy Stark, Teddy Stark, Carol Stark, Cara Borland, Michelle and Nelson Boswell.
