He was predeceased by: his cousin Zach Cruse. He is survived by: his parents, Samuel T. Umphenour and Amanda Stiffler (Sigg); his brothers, Chandler Broughton (Raylea Wilson), Cade Murphy and Drew Sirota (Julia Day); his grandparents, Steve, Kelly Sigg, Toby, Teresa Ross, Sam and Diane Umphenour; and his great-grandparent Marilyn Davis. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins.
Memorials are suggested to Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF), and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas.
