He is survived by: his parents, Marlene Nickerson of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Bill Warner of Destin, Florida; and his siblings, Cheri Bales of Webb City, Sandy Schalesky of Salix, Tammy Atkin of Lompoc, California, Buster Warner of Webb City and Jeremy Struebing of Colorado Springs, Colorado.. He is also survived by His numerous nieces and nephews, along with a host of other family and friends.
