He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Rose Cone and Merlin Jennings Cone; and his niece Sheila Haggerty. He is survived by: his wife Patty Jane; his children, Christine Garza, Kyna Purcell (Steve) and Scott Cone; his grandchildren, Nicholas Garza, Taylor Garza and Logan Cone; his sister Cecilia Fly; and his nieces, Cheryl Nowack, Carol Fly and Cathy Lambert.
In lieu of flowers, Ken would be honored to have donations made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
