He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harl and Helen Harl (Caughran); and his brother Gary Harl. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Harl; his sons, Drew Harl of Kansas City, MO, Brent Harl and Brock Harl; his sister Sharon Walker (Delmer) of Oklahoma City, OK; and his sister-in-law Sue Harl of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
